In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds, Lakeland Leap reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests or provide a refund or credit for canceled rentals due to severe weather conditions.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your rental with Lakeland Leap, subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental period may result in forfeiture of 1/2 of the booking fees, at our discretion. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period and are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

Prior to booking, it is the customer's responsibility to review the dimensions listed for your selected bounce house or inflatable water slide and confirm that adequate space is available at your event location. All inflatables must be set up within 100 feet of your home.

Please note that if our delivery team arrives and the space is insufficient to safely set up the equipment, a fee will still be charged. We strongly recommend measuring your space carefully before completing your booking to avoid any unexpected charges.
